1. Pre-Orders & Payment

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you are ordering a product that has not yet been manufactured and that estimated shipping dates are subject to change. Your payment will be charged at the time of purchase to secure your place in our pre-order queue, and the balance will be charged when your Dance Dolly ships.

2. Pricing & Promotions

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing, promotions, and product offerings at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Dance Dolly is not responsible for delays due to manufacturing, supply chain disruptions, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

After July 1, 2026, pre-orders are final and there are no cancellations/refunds/exchanges until after you've received your order. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. For more information, please see our Returns Policy.

5. Product Use & Care

The Dance Dolly is designed for transporting dance bags, costumes, and accessories. Misuse, modification, or use outside of intended purposes may void any applicable warranty and is at the user’s own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, product names, images, and text, is the property of Two Dance Moms and a Dad, LLC dba The Dance Dolly. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dance Dolly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
