RETURNS

Try it at home
If you don't love it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, include all parts, and be free of wear or dirt.

No returns on customized item
Embroidery, heat press, vinyl, paint, or any permanent customization is not returnable.

Damaged or incorrect items
We’ll make it right and cover return shipping.

All other returns
Buyer pays return shipping with tracking.

Pre-Order Return Notice
Full refund anytime before the end of the pre-order period that is slated to end July 1, 2026 (11:59 p.m. PT). After that date, pre-orders are final and there are no cancellations/refunds until you after you've received your order.

WARRANTY POLICY

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your Dance Dolly™. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less original shipping if offered for free). Please contact us at support@dancedolly.com to request an RMA number before returning your item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with tracking.

12-Month Limited Warranty
Your Dance Dolly™ is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase (and 6 months for the costume rod). This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s not covered:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
  • Wheels damaged by dragging up/down stairs, rough terrain, or overloading (we have a 150 lb. weight limit)
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections
  • Damage from extreme temperatures, prolonged sunlight, or transport incidents
  • Natural movement and leaning of telescoping elements on the double handles when fully extended
  • Noise from wheels
  • Use of the costume rod or extensions for anything other than intended garments or accessories. Please do not allow your dancer(s) to hang on the costume rod. 

Customization
Any Dance Dolly™ or Costume Keeper™ that has been permanently altered or customized (e.g., embroidery, heat press, paint, vinyl decals) is not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty Claims
If a defect arises within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the item (shipping fees apply), at our discretion. Proof of purchase and photos may be required.

If you purchased your product through a retailer, please contact them first — they will coordinate with us for warranty service.

Important Details

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Please inspect your Dance Dolly™ and/or Costume Keeper™ upon arrival and contact us immediately with any concerns.
  • If you no longer have the original shipping box, you may be required to purchase a replacement first, then return the original for a refund once received.
