Pre-Order Shipping

We’re thrilled to have you join us for the launch of The Dance Dolly! During our pre-order campaign, all orders will ship free of charge within the continental United States.

Pre-Order Fulfillment Timeline

Because The Dance Dolly is currently in pre-production, shipping will begin once manufacturing is complete and inventory is ready. Our current estimated timeline is:

  • Pre-order window: Slated to run until July 1, 2026
  • Estimated shipping begins: September 2026

We will notify all customers by email once your order is on its way. Pre-ordering opts you in to behind-the-scenes email updates and shipping alerts—just the good stuff to keep you excited and informed (and never spam). Please note that this timeline is subject to change due to production or supply chain factors. If there are delays, we’ll communicate updates promptly.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship to addresses in the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international orders, please contact us at support@dancedolly.com or 615.905.1961 before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Dance Dolly all the way to your door.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We carefully package every Dance Dolly, but if your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at support@dancedolly.com or 615.905.1961 with your order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
