When will the first Dance Dollies ship?
We’ve been refining the Dance Dolly to make it even better, including shrinking the footprint, reducing weight, and introducing new color options. With these improvements in flight, we’re targeting delivery in early Q3 2026.
How much does the Dance Dolly weigh?
The Dance Dolly weighs approximately 18.5 lbs.
What is your refund/return policy?
Full refund anytime before the end of the pre-order window, which has been extended to July 1, 2026. For further information, please see our Warrant & Return Policy.
Is this a pre-order?
Yes. Pre-orders reserve your spot in the first production run. The pre-order window will run from 10/20/25 - 12/31/25.
When is my card charged for a pre-order?
At checkout, you will be charged a deposit. The remaining balance on your purchase will be charged when your purchase ships.
Will it fit my dance bag?
Yes—our wide loading board is designed to transport most any dance bag in the industry, up to 36” in length, with the rack up.
How much can it carry?
The Dance Dolly's weight limit is 150 pounds, and is designed for everyday dance loads, including costumes, accessories, bags and more. Please note: it is not designed to carry dancers and standing on the dolly could damage the base and void the warranty.
How fast does it set up?
Set it up in just a few minutes with no tools required. Roll in, pop up the rack, you’re ready.
Does it fold flat?
Yes. The dolly and optional Costume Keeper box fold flat for easy car and closet storage using our included Carry Case.
Is the pop-up rack stable?
Yes. It includes a low center of gravity, sturdy handles and costume rod, and wheel brakes for confident stops.
What are the wheels like?
Your Dance Dolly comes equipped with shock absorbing wheels, complete with foot brakes for safe, steady parking. Every Dolly includes universal wheels in front and two directional wheels in the back, making it easy to manuever with no wagging.
How tall is the handle?
The adjustable T-handle for towing has two lock points for comfortable pulling - 32” and 35”.
The two double handles that form the pop-up costume rack lock in place at ~60” high.
What is the Costume Keeper box?
An optional, insulated, pocketed organizer that straps securely to the base for added storage and folds flat when not in use.
Can I buy the Costume Keeper later?
Absolutely! It’s available as an add-on anytime, and for a limited time, every Dance Dolly Pro pre-order includes a free Costume Keeper box valued at $100.
What colors are available?
The Dance Dolly is available in our colorway as shown in the product photos.
The Costume Keeper is initially available in Backstage Black.
Please note: we plan to offer additional color options once production begins.
What’s included in the box?
The Dance Dolly, costume rod, wheels, and quick-start guide. Costume Keeper box sold separately, unless purchased with our pre-order special.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship to addresses in the Continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international orders, please contact us at support@dancedolly.com before placing your order.
How much is shipping?
Our Pre-Order Special ships FREE ($40 value). Standard shipping rates apply at checkout for any other items.
